She spends her days baking cookies, and forming perfectly round scoops of ice cream to make sure all of our ice cream sandwiches look picture perfect before meeting you.
Her favourite flavour? Toasted Marshmallow — she loves the brown sugar cookies.
Ailene spends her time caring for our pints!
She makes sure each is properly filled, with the right ratio of mix-ins to gelato. This is no mean feat, but Ailene's got her technique down pat — you've got to spin that pint right round, baby!
Puay Loo constructs all things beautiful.
In particular, our ice cream cakes. From our adorable Pikachu's ears, to the elegant meringue atop our Earl Grey cake, each cake is delicately and carefully handcrafted by the talented Puay Loo.
Yong's best friend in our kitchen is the ice cream machine.
He's the man behind our artisanal gelati! He's churned every flavour from decadent chocolate to fruity mango sorbet — it's impossible for him to pick a favourite!
