An affogato (or affogato al caffe) is the Italian word for "drowned" - more specifically, it's creamy, ice-cold gelato drowned in a shot of hot espresso. The contrast of hot-cold and sweet-bitter make this one moreish dessert.

• One scoop of Vanilla Bean Dream gelato
• One shot of your favourite espresso

How to:

• Scoop the gelato, and pour the espresso over
• Dig in, buon appetito!
