All our ice creams fall under the "dairy ice cream" category, as we don't use any fat substitutes or oils in them. (Click here to read more about the difference between dairy and other ice cream.)

Frozen confections often get a bad rap, and are seen as inferior to ice cream - because the majority of ones found in your average supermarket are basically a mix of water and "permitted flavours and colouring". In contrast, our sorbets and fruit flavours are top quality frozen confections - made with 100% real fruit - a lighter, lower fat alternative to our ice creams & gelati.
